These wealth of experience in human and material management and implementation of projects for quality and timely project delivery built him to take the bold step to set up his own company. While working as an engineer with these telecommunication giants, he had one passion to develop the Nigerian children through football, which now led him to register a football Academy (Gene6 Beginners Football Academy), and subsequently Gene6 football club and Gene6 supporters club, all with the good intention of developing grass roots football in Nigeria and beyond. And since he puts his leg on the acceleration pedal, he has not relented. He has been able to cement solid relationships with top football clubs and Academies in the UK, Germany, Turkey to mention but a few. He has succeeded in using the Academy in working together to improve collective livelihoods. Making every management and staff of Gene6 to believe in his vision and be accountable, acknowledging that the process of development is just as important as the results. By focusing primarily upon capacity building, grassroots development promotes inclusiveness and resilience.
